Currently JAPAN provides a platform to connect international travelers with third-party suppliers for experiences in Japan. We do not assume responsibility for the services provided by suppliers. Your booking constitutes a contract directly with the supplier, unless Currently JAPAN is explicitly identified as the provider. Details of our services, such as consulting or curated experiences, are provided on respective pages.

Currently JAPANは、海外旅行者を日本の体験を提供する第三者サプライヤーと結ぶプラットフォームを提供します。サプライヤーが提供するサービスについて責任を負いません。予約は原則としてサプライヤーとの直接契約となりますが、Currently JAPANが提供者として明示されている場合を除きます。サービス詳細（コンサルティングやキュレーションされた体験など）は、各ページに記載されています。

Your use of the Site is at your own risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided and are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Site.

Currently JAPAN acts solely as a platform to connect international travelers with third-party suppliers, primarily local partners, to facilitate authentic regional experiences. We curate these experiences to foster sustainable connections, but do not operate or assume responsibility for the services provided by suppliers. Arrangements constitute a contract directly with the supplier, unless Currently JAPAN is explicitly identified as the provider in select cases, such as personalized consulting or exclusive guided experiences.

Currently JAPANは、海外旅行者を主に地元のパートナーである第三者サプライヤーと結びつけ、本物の地域体験を促進するプラットフォームとして機能します。私たちは持続可能な繋がりを育むためにこれらの体験をキュレーションしますが、サプライヤーが提供するサービスを運営したり、その責任を負ったりすることはありません。手配は基本的にサプライヤーとの直接契約となり、個別のコンサルティングや特別なガイド付き体験など、Currently JAPANが提供者として明示されている場合を除きます。

To book an experience, please submit your inquiry or reservation request via the provided Google Form with accurate information. We facilitate communication with suppliers, many of whom may not offer direct English support, to ensure a seamless experience. The services are subject to the supplier’s terms and cancellation policies, detailed on each experience page. We facilitate communication with suppliers for cancellations or changes, as specified in their policies. Payments and refunds, if applicable, are processed by suppliers through their specified payment systems (e.g., Stripe), and may incur transaction fees (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, for example), borne by the user, as detailed on each experience page.

6. Consent to Data Sharing データ共有への同意

By using the Site, you consent to the sharing of personal information for consulting or booking services with Currently JAPAN, third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), and other services (e.g., Google Form, ChatGPT) as necessary, including data for cancellations or changes, managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

当サイトを利用することで、コンサルティングや予約サービスのための個人情報が、必要な範囲でCurrently JAPAN、第三者決済代行会社（例：Stripe、PayPal）、およびその他のサービス（例：Google Form、ChatGPT）と共有されることに同意したものとします（キャンセルまたは変更に関するデータを含む）。これらの情報は、プライバシーポリシーに基づき管理されます。

7. Participation Conditions 参加条件

You may not participate if you have medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, heart disease) that pose a risk—unless you provide a medical certificate. Also, individuals associated with organized crime are prohibited from participating.

糖尿病、高血圧、心臓病など、参加にリスクがある場合（医師の診断書があれば参加可能）や、反社会的勢力に関与する場合は、体験への参加はできません。

8. Supplier Obligations サプライヤーの義務

Suppliers must provide services with professional competence and care. They must ensure safety and comply with applicable laws. Suppliers are selected with consideration for sustainable and regional contributions.

サプライヤーは、専門家としての能力と注意をもってサービスを提供しなければなりません。安全を確保し、適用される法令を遵守する必要があります。持続可能性や地域貢献に配慮して選ばれます。

9. Prohibited Conduct 禁止事項

• Use the Site for any commercial or unlawful purpose. 当サイトを商業的または違法な目的で使用する。
• Access, monitor, or copy content using automated means without permission. 自動化手段を用いて無断でコンテンツにアクセス、監視、またはコピーする。

Currently JAPAN provides a platform to connect international travelers with third-party suppliers. We do not assume responsibility for the services provided by suppliers. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Site, including delays, cancellations, force majeure events, system failures, or other causes beyond our control. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or non-infringement of third-party rights in the content. Any data shared with third-party suppliers is their responsibility, and we are not liable for their subsequent actions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect or consequential damages.

All cancellations and changes are handled exclusively by the supplier. Additionally, each experience page includes a dedicated inquiry form that notifies both the supplier and Currently JAPAN, designed to facilitate smoother coordination. For general inquiries regarding privacy or these terms, please use the contact page. Messages sent via the contact page are forwarded to the relevant supplier and may cause some delay. Whenever possible, we recommend contacting the supplier directly.

キャンセル、変更、またはお支払いに関するご連絡は、各体験ページに記載されているサプライヤーのポリシーと指定の連絡方法に従って、直接ご対応ください。これらの手続きは、すべてサプライヤーによって実施されます。加えて、各ページにはサプライヤーとCurrently JAPANの双方に通知される専用の問い合わせフォームが設けられており、より円滑な対応が図られるよう設計されています。プライバシーや本規約に関する一般的なお問い合わせは、Currently JAPANのお問い合わせページをご利用いただけます。ただし、コンタクトページ経由のご連絡はサプライヤーへの伝達を伴うため、タイムラグが生じる場合があります。可能な限り、サプライヤーへの直接連絡を推奨いたします。
